The unit is a 2 bedroom deluxe which consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room area, balcony, a washer/dryer and sleeps 6. The layout should be pictures in the eBay listing but units may vary slightly from unit to unit. I cannot book a specific unit or floor. The specific unit, oceanfront or oceanview, floor, etc. will be determined by Wyndham leading up to the booking. It is urged to contact them to make a request prior to the 2 week window. CHEAP FLIGHTS & RENTAL CARS INTO ORLANDO!! (around 1 hr from Daytona!!) Check-in around 4 pm on Sunday, March 2, 2025 Checkout around 10 am on Thursday, March 6, 2025 Winning bid is the total for the 4 night stay. You will not owe any other fees or taxes. Resort Location:Wyndham Ocean walk is close to food and shopping at The Ocean Walk Shoppes (Bubba Gump, Cold Stone Creamery, etc.), other restaurants, a water park (across the street), convention center, Daytona Beach Pier (Joe's Crab Shack), Shops on the board by the Pier, etc. Bidding Notes: 1.Your bid on this condo rental is the complete total of what you have to pay, other than normal optional purchases.2.
