Description: Bureau of Engraving FMA - Federal Managers Association Intaglio Print Mississippi Paddle Boat ******************************************************** This is a commemorative Souvenir Card by the Federal Managers Association (FMA) of The Bureau of Engraving & Printing, Washington, DC. For a number of years they issued Intaglio prints as a fund raiser and specimen of their work at the BEP. In addition to the nations money, they print many other documents and prints. This one was printed in 1999 and first issued at the June IPMS show in Memphis. It was also sold via mail order from the Association. Only 800 cards were printed and each card was numbered, but not dated. This one is especially beautiful with its fancy borders and vignette of the Paddle Boat "Mississippi" as the central theme. The card measures 7" X 9" and is in superior condition. We have other FMA - BEP cards. Please inquire if you have an interest.
