Beautiful Vintage Black Forest German Cuckoo Clock Deer

Description: This is a beauty this came right out of a hunting cabin in the White mountains of New Hampshire...... It's made in Germany and is a large clock and is in very nice condition.... The top deer is missing horns... We liked it the way it was so we did not buy them but you can buy them for under $10 on eBay if you so desire. .... Otherwise the clock is 100% right physically. We ran the clock over a two week period.... It runs excellent but does lose a little time each day... I believe it is around 10 minutes so this will probably need to be serviced if you wanted to keep perfect time..... We also noticed if you pulled the weights up too tight to the bottom of the clock you would need to restart it a handful of times before it ran as the weights got towards the bottom of the pendulum. The cuckoo is working perfectly and in time with the clock. This is really a fantastic piece you would probably pay $800 or more for it in Germany.
