Description: Beautiful Unusual Vintage Mid-Century Sterling Silver & Ammonite Fossil Ring This stunning ring was hand made around the 1970s and features a genuine Ammonite (prehistoric snail) fossil from about 50 million years ago set in a solid Sterling Silver frame. This intriguing vintage designer piece measures 13/16" long x 5/8" wide (front piece) and weighs 6.9 grams. It is a size 6.75 and is in great condition with minor patina according to age which can be polished away easily if desired. Stamped "925" for Sterling Silver and carrying Italian hall- and designer marks. A very unusual mid-century piece! It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase.
