Description: DC’s FULL original Batman: The Caped Crusader six volume series, extremely rare and long out of print, this is the first time Batman’s 1980s post-Crisis run has been printed sequentially and is now all out of print. As an added bonus have also included the prequel book ‘Second Chances’, this is the far superior Eaglemoss two volume version which is UK exclusive, containing more stories and articles than the US version did, hardback covers instead of paperback and much superior paper stock. Additionally I also have the full sister series Batman: The Dark Knight Detective currently up for auction too (including exclusive autograph from the late Batman writer Alan Grant on Volume 4 of that series, who was the co-creator of Anarky and did a lot of seminal stories collected both here and in the Dark Knight Detective line with Norm Breyfogle) Easy and cheap opportunity to get the full set in one go. These are exactly the same new condition as when I received them from Amazon / Eaglemoss, I had the fear of missing out so always ordered books intending to read them and unfortunately never got round to doing so. Will not find a better copy of these on shelves today, from a smoke-free and pet-free home.
