Description: I purchased this new well over 20 years ago. Put on railings tested it and then put in it's box. It functions as it should forward, reverse and lights. Very smooth-running flywheel drive system. Probably wouldn't hurt to oil it. I'm aging out and need to drastically reduce my stuff.
