Description: Up for sale is a WWII era Red Cross field hospital flag in good condition. The cross is hand stitched and both pieces appear to be made of linen, nothing synthetic is on this flag The staining occurred from being in a cardboard box for the past 80 years in a damp basement. The flag is discolored but free of rodent/bug damage with no dry rot. The fabric is stretchy and would easily withstand more time in the wind if you choose to fly it again. The flag was made in Philadelphia by the Keystone Flag Co.
