Black silk fabric with high pleated silk inset neckline, black velvet accents at neck, bodice and sleeve cuffs, long mutton style sleeves and Victorian elegance ! Hooks closed. Interior - inner layer brown polished cotton that hooks closed and then the outer layer which also hooks closed. Approx.
