Description: For sale is an Antique VARTA Battery This is an antique VARTA wet-cell glass jar battery made ca early 20th Century. The battery looks to be empty of fluid. It has 10 cell sections. Marked Varta to the side and 10W, 371 to the base. In very good condition considering the age! The glass is in excellent condition. The surface lines to the glass are not cracks but due to the casting / pressing of the glass during the manufacturing . Comes with wooden carrying box with leather handle. The handle will be detached prior to shipping to make it more compact and safe. Measurements:the battery is 8.6cm cm high x 21.5 cm x 5 cm wide . Shipping worldwide $32.
