Offered for purchase is this wonderful original framed fine art oil painting on canvas by French artist Auguste Lepere (1849-1918.) Lepere is well known for his printmaking but did plenty of paintings as well. This painting is a classic still life measuring 37.25" wide x 24.25" tall. It is vaguely signed at the lower right on the front, and also signed in pencil on the back (see last two photos.) Condition of the painting is very good with no damage or repairs but it does show age and could use a cleaning. A nice addition to any wall or collection, it is offered with NO RESERVE!
