Description: This is a bronze Indian figurine or statue of one of the aspects of Vishnu, Sri Devi (or Lakhsmi), dating to the 17th or 18th century and used as a votive piece; carrying a lotus in one hand she is typically attired with a band across her breasts and stands on a small plinth. Measuring 76mm tall it is in very good condition with just slight bends at the corners of the base and a good deal of wear from handling over the centuries - please see my other items for another matching figure.
