Description: An exquisite 1930s French Art Deco chandelier by David Gueron for Verrerie d'Art Degue, in wrought iron and geometric glass. Marvelous piece for craftsmanship. The floral wrought iron Art Deco frame combined with thick frosted glass with geometric design, gorgeous and timeless that looks amazing when lit. The Verde-Gris oxidated black metal is of the period and has a great patina. The chandelier has 1 center piece and 4 arms with 5 lights in total. It has been rewired for safety, but the original sockets are kept, keeping the piece authentic. Some minor rim chips are as to be expected for its age as per pictures barely noticeable when on display. It is breathtaking and ready to hang!If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. Drop from the ceiling: 32"Width: 29"See pictures and zoom in for the details.
