Description: Description This is a great piece that was salvaged from a York PA Victorian Home.It is made of pine and is faux painted to look like marble.The serpentine shelf is supported by ornate cove moldings with a keystone in the middle. The breast and legs have applied raised panels. It measures 53.5 inches wide, 48.25 tall, and is 10.5 inches deep.The firebox opening is 34.25 inches wide by 32 tall at the top of the curve. Overall, it is in good condition. There are misc. scratches and dings as it is antique. It could use a good cleaning. The right side went against a wall and was cut off. Birds were in the house and did disagreeable things on the shelf. It will need to be cleaned and repainted. There is a small chip to the keystone. Please look at the pictures carefully.
