Outside dimension is 13 3/8 x 15 3/8, internal dimension is 8 1/8 x 10 1/8 (to fit an 8 x 10), sight (the size of the frame opening when viewed from front) is 7 ½ x 9 ½, and the depth of the frame is 2”. Three piece, outerlayer has gold incised designed lines, followed by gilt liner, internal mahogany also has gold incised lines with gold painted lip. A very handsome frame, beautiful grain. Small blemish along top outer edge of frame, o/w Fine. Shipped without glass. I know many like the old glass, but as a rule I generally replace my glass with conservation clear glass which has 99% uv blocking).
