Description: This is a very nice Antique Repoussed Silver Box from China. Please note there is a chop stamped on the bottom of the box (refer to Photo #12). This detailed piece dates from the early part of the 1900's. This silver container was purchased in Penang, Malaysia in the early 1970's by my father when he owned an Antique Shop in the Rasa Sayang Hotel. This Silver Box is in Good Condition and the lid fits very well. The box has not been polished and retains it’s original patina. Applying silver polish would drastically change the box’s appearance if you prefer a shinier / newer looking piece. Silver Box Dimensions: 1 3/4 inch in Diameter and 1 inch high.
