Description: This is a gorgeous gilt leather bound stationery box. The box is make by the renown gold and silversmith J.C.Vickery of Regents Street, London. This was likely made for a French customer as the decoration in gilt on the stationery box is tue French coat of arms with Fleur de Lis on the corners on the lid and front. The interior keeps its original silk damask in a deep rose colour with gold accents. This is in excellent condition overall, with 3 small areas that either have missing leather ( on the back bottom) or a dent (on the left side). Please see photos for details.
