Description: This beautiful Turkish Tribal rug makes it's way from the Ihlara Valley in Turkey. It features an intricately detailed floral medallion atop an indigo and crimson field. a lovely golden yellow border accents the darker indigo colors with many tribal motifs that would enhance any room. It offers an extremely dense, tightly woven wool pile that is great for high traffic areas. Natural dyes and colors include: indigo, crimson, gold yellow, ivory, and much more. This hand made rug is made of non-shedding hand spun wool making it easy to clean, and making it incredibly soft to walk and lounge on. This densely woven wool rug contains natural oils called lanolin that naturally resist dirt and grime, therefore allowing it to look cleaner for much longer than synthetic rugs. Regular vacuuming will remove any dirt and grime, and allow you to enjoy your rug for many decades.  We are a long time family run business based in the U.S. with direct support from our family in Turkey.
