Description: For sale is a Agilent N9000A CXA signal analyzer. It has the following options: 503 (9kHz-3GHz), 1FP (Noise Figure Measurement), 2FP (spectrum analyzer measurement), 3FP (Amp correction and limit lines), 4FP (TOI and harmonics), 5FP (ACP 18 Carrier), 6FP (TV Trigger and IQ Analyzer Enhancement) and AFP (Noise Figure Feature Enhancements). The unit is in good condition but has a problem. It has an alignment failure. Not sure how that effects the unit as with the tests I did I didn’t really see anything not working as it should (see pictures). Unit is sold AS-IS.
