This is a great note if you just want an example of the type. It is a very clean note, and has no huge distracting blemishes. The Freidberg number is 258 with signatures of Speelman and White. This note is graded Very Fine 30 by PCGS. You don't have to take my word for the grade of the note, you just have to trust PCGS.
