Folded into half a long time ago but this is hard to see. The top left front is slightly wrinkled. No tears or holes. Sharp corners. I bought a small lot of these for my collection, this is one of the extras. Also selling a 3 Ruble 5 and 10 Ruble for the same price in similar condition. Check my other listings.
