Description: Neocaridina shrimps are originated from Taiwan. They are easy to care and breed. They adopt to wide range of water conditions. No special Osmosis and remineralization is needed. I simply use aged tap water when performing the water change. Yellow Golden Back variety exhibit bright yellow color. Most of my adult females have golden strips on the back but it's not guaranteed. The males usually do not have strips. They are outstanding variety to be added to your aquarium, especially on the dark substrate. On the light color substrate, they are just blended in. You will be receiving 1/2+ inch young adult shrimps. At this size, the saddles in the female become obvious and the yellow strips started to form. The bright yellow color will continue to intensify when they grow bigger in your aquarium. Please check the weather prior to ordering. Do not order if your daytime low will be below 25 degree for the next 3 to 7 days. Your shrimps might not survive the trip even the shipping container is insulated with Styrofoam box. I will postpone the shipment or cancel the order depending on the weather condition in your area. The sale is for 5 Yellow Golden Neocaridina shrimps. The Extra is included to covered the rare event of dead on arrival (DOA). Live arrival is guaranteed for 5 shrimps. It does not cover the extras. In the case of DOA, please provide three clear pictures of dead shrimp in unopened bag within 1 hours of the first delivery attempt to qualify for the refund. I will issue a refund for the dead shrimp. The cost of shipping and handling is non-refundable.
