Description: Lot of 4 vintage spoons. They are believed to be coin silver, though none are clearly marked with a metal content. This lot includes:2 with the same engraved design. There is a name engraved on the handle. Both are marked on the back “L. Ladomus & Co.” By Lewis Ladomus, circa 1830-1850 Philadelphia silversmith. Weight for the pair is 46 grams. 1 with a fiddle handle design, monogram on the handle, marked on the back “T.J. Brown 10 15”, a silversmith from Baltimore. Weight is 22 grams. 1 with a plain design, dent in the bowl of the spoon, monogram on the handle, marked very faintly, possibly “F & H” surrounded by a star on each side. Possibly Farrington & Hunnewell of Boston. Weight is 24 grams. All show overall surface wear, in addition to monograms and a dent in one spoon bowl. Location:1394
