This act authorized the mintage of Morgan and Peace Dollars to commemorate the 100th Anniversary of the transition from one to the other. In 2023, the U.S. Mint issued Uncirculated, Proof & Reverse Proof versions of both the Morgan and Peace dollars. The 2023 Reverse Proof Peace Dollar is the first Reverse Proof Peace Dollar ever struck!! The obverse displays Liberty wearing a radiant crown, and the reverse depicts an eagle at rest holding an olive branch, above the inscription "PEACE." Additional inscriptions include "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA," "E PLURIBUS UNUM," and "ONE DOLLAR." Also included on the reverse design is the "S" mint mark. This 2023 S $1 Reverse Proof Peace Dollar has been certified flawless PR70 Advanced Delivery (same as ADVANCE RELEASE) by CAC grading!!
