Groen BPP-30GC DescriptionThe Groen BPP-30GC tilting braising pan has a 10-inch pan depth and 30-gallon capacity for accommodating large batches of meats and vegetables. A 5⁄8-inch-thick, stainless steel-clad plate with flat bar heating elements makes up the cooking surface. For effective measuring, the body is made of stainless steel and etched with fill marks in liters and gallons. Three positions are provided for faucet mounting.The Groen BPP-30GC braising pan's front-facing controls are mounted on the right side and contained in a water-resistant enclosure. A three-position tilt switch activates the motorized tilt mechanism, which tilts the body quickly and smoothly while a power tilt gives users more precise control over pouring and eliminates manual cranking.
