Purchased from a roadside vendor during a family member's trip to Honolulu, Hawaii in 1972. These have been stored in a box in tissue paper for over 50 years. There may be very slight surface scratches from being in luggage or a jewelry box, but I did not see any. There is some raveling/fraying of the ribbon ends, present when purchased. ~Features 24 polished nuts per necklace. The nuts have a beautiful color, black mixed with tones of brown. ~Stamps / Hallmarks ~No stamps. One necklace has a tag that says "Nut From The Philippines, Made in Taiwan ~Fastener ~ Tied Satin Ribbon ~Approximate Measurements: 30 Inches Long Individual nuts measure approx .98" to 1".
