Description: Up for sale is this Medium 1996 Cannondale F1000. Everything is in working order. The bike did see use, so there are some nicks and scratches throughout. That being said, it is in really good cosmetic condition for its age. The bike was missing the original seat, post, pedals, rear shifter, and rear derailleur when I purchased it. I have since replaced all of these (except the pedals) with OEM parts. The bike still has its original tires! They are old and do show some signs of dry rot. Mendon Cyclesmith serviced the fork within the past year. Cables have been replaced and the chain is new. The original Onza brakes went the way that most do: they cracked (last photo). I replaced the brakes with CODA cantilevers but will include the original brakes as well. The bike also comes with a set of replacement decals. The shipping price is based off a 57" x 8" x 28" box with some weight allowance for proper padding etc. I am not trying to make money off of the shipping.
