Description: This is a 1995 Bowman's Best baseball refractor card featuring Don Mattingly. It has been graded Near Mint 7 by PSA. The centering from left to right is slightly off and there is a small blemish on the front top right corner, which is best shown in pic 4. However, it is a beautiful card with no refractor lines! When you look at the backside of the card, you can see that a small blade of grass was accidentally encapsulated with this card as well. It's funny that something so obvious passed inspection at PSA, but it doesn't appear to be hurting the card. Please look at the pics and ask any questions.
