This was a very special/numbered set where Joe Jusko took 1 card from the set and signed/numbered with gold paint pen! It was put on top of the set and packaged with the Dynamic Forces Certificate of Authenticity at the back of the set. There are only 5,000 of them, precious few in the original packaging. Assuming equal distribution, there are only about 50 of each card signed! How many of those remain in the original packaging? They were sold through the Home Shopping Network (HSN) when the set was originally released in the 90s and via the Dynamic Forces mail order catalog. They would come 1 signed/numbered card per 100 card base set sold. I believe these sold for around $50 in the early '90s. Featuring the artwork and signature of the great Joe Jusko!
