There is a rust hole the size of a pencil eraser located at the bottom, just in front of the wheel opening, see the last photo. There are no other issues with it, it is a good straight fender. You can save ship cost and pick up in person, and if that is your choice, payment for it will be made at the time of pickup in cash. The photos show the condition well.
