This EX+ card is slightly off-center, with lightly touched corners and a slight crimp to the right edge. Back is clean but also off-center. There are no other creases, wrinkles or marks and the card maintains most original gloss. I am not a professional grader, please see multiple scanned photos for your own determination of grade, condition and centering.
