Description: Here is a very rare 1972 Fender Precision A width neck 1.5 ( Jazz bass size) with beautiful birdseye maple. It has the most birdseye I've seen on a vintage Fender neck. It is a stunning neck for sure. Now for the most important part, its a great neck, arrow straight and the truss rod works perfectly, with lots to go. the frets are low but level and it sets up with very low playable action, original tuners and string tree, only the nut has been replaced.This would be a great place to start a vintage build, or put on a great body.
