I’m sure a dry cleaning would take care of these things. The bottom hem has a small part separating just needs an anchoring stitch, seen in slide 5. Has minor flaws here and there, I took pictures of all the ones I could fin. It’s an amazing piece none of the flaws listed takes away from the charm. I wish this fit me I’d keep her forever. Measurements Underbust 14.5” Pit to pit 16” Shoulder to shoulder 15” (forgiving with the flutter sleeves) Shoulder to underbust (longest point) 10” Length 31” Needs a steam for the wrinkles, not sure if it can be ironed, maybe on the lowest heat setting
