Description: Vintage ignition lock key cylinder for the Willy's Overland Jeep CJ2A, model yers 1945, 1946, 1947, 1948, 1949. Manufactured by the Hurd Lock Company, Part #32-635 (32635). There were two lock cylinders made for these model years. One by Yale & Towne and one by Hurd. This is the Hurd version. It is a higher quality 5 pin tumbler cylinder as compared to the Yale version which is a wafer tumbler. The lock cylinder has a 90 degree clockwise turn from the Locked to the On position. The key is removable in the Locked position only. The lock has been inspected and serviced by our expert locksmith staff. It works smooth as silk as looks like it was manufactured yesterday instead of 70 years ago! Includes 2 original nickle plated brass Hurd keys and a key code tag. The key code for this lock is W001, the first code number in the series. The key blank used for this lock is the Hurd 9025LH and the Ilco 1125CNR. Brand new, never installed.
