Description: Fine large original painting by noted Australian artist Charles Frydrych (1913-1990).This painting is oil on canvas and measures a bit over 20" by a bit over 23".Painting beautifully depicts the Australian landscape dominated by iconic Eucalyptus trees.Time of year is spring or early summer judging by the bright green eucalyptus leaves.It is signed lower right: CHARLES FRYDRYCH and appears to be stretched on original mahogany stretchers by the artist.Not dated but dates to the 1940s, or as early as late 1930s.It has been well kept and is in very good original condition.
