The catalog is a 7 page price list with buying prices from Chicago Coin Mart, 323 South Franklin Street, Chicago, Illinois. It is addressed to Mrs. Craig Sheaffer. Craig Sheaffer was the president of the Sheaffer Pen Company in Fort Madison, which had been founded by his father, Walter Sheaffer. Booklet has torn much of the way along the spine fold, but is still holding together. Light yellowing to paper of booklet. Yellowing to envelope, Which has a postage paid permit on it.
