Front of book and first few pages have some staining, there is rust to the staples in the binding and there is sorner and edge wear/ corner folding. Condition I would consider this to be in fair to good condition. See details above and photos. Grading on Near Mint, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor scale.
