Description: Envelope dated December 20 1921 postmarked to City Hall Station New York. Envelope has thermos devil & frost graphics. Inside envelope we found 3 pieces related. First, a 2 page 6 1/4" x 3 1/4" thermos promo sale brochure showing bottle & lunchbox w/prices for different models. Second, there s a public Notice poster letter warning of ongoing litigation with other companies for copyright infringement on glass filler liners mainly "cheap German importations". Third, a decorative letter with letterhead art and background graphics at the bottom of the factory. Letter explains the warning notice and does more promotion. Very cool piece, great piece for an advance lunchbox collector. All pieces in great condition, except envelope which has been cut open on the right end(that piece is missing).
