The lined dress bodice is sleeveless with a really cute trim around the waist. The skirt is gathered at the waistline and has 4 layers - one underskirt, two layers of tulle and the top skirt. It has a Velcro back closure. Fabric is 100% cotton. Tulle and trim are polyester and/or nylon. Super cute! Quality of materials used is excellent. Hand wash, lay flat to dry.
