Description: 1 1/2" Single Fluid Bed This smaller fluid bed is designed to function with less than 1oz of powder. Its perfect for even the smallest jighead from 1/100 to 1/2oz The purpose of the fluid bed is to fluidize the powder paint to give your jigs or spinner blades a thinner, more even coat of paint. This will also save time and money by using less paint. In the final curing process using a thinner coat of paint means less chances of drips forming. This lower density is what allows a consistent uniform and smooth coating. Our cups are 1 1/2” in diameter and 2 1/2” depth. Our fluidizing membrane is made of high density porous polyethylene 1/8” thick which is permanently glued to the cups. The cup has an air control valve to regulate the air flow to the powder.
